Program Reviews:
Sarah Ann Roginsky, Summer Break 2016 Participant
This trip will stretch you in every way possible. It will force you out of yourself, your small world, and your small perspectives. It brought me to my knees, but it also threw me higher than the mountains of Dehradun.

Nicole Freire, Summer Break 2014 Participant
India is a place of wonderful yet scary contrasts. It is an assault on your senses - the sights, scents and sounds are unlike any other. Things we've only heard of before come to life right before your very eyes. Our hearts broke for the children on the streets. Our hearts raced when we got into auto-rickshaws in places we've never been before. Our hearts marveled over the majesty of the Taj Mahal and the opulence of Select City Walk. Our hearts rejoiced when we were welcomed into people's homes and families. Our hearts were changed, and so was the way we viewed our world. We began to learn what it was like to see the unseen and hear the unheard. See, South Asia is a trip that affects the heart - an adventure, if you will. That adventure, however, is only the beginning of an even larger one.

Testimonial:
During one of the plane rides to India, I wrote in my journal, "This trip will either make me or break me, but let's be honest, it will probably do both." Seven weeks later, I read that entry and chuckled to myself; it was true. Of course there was the normal roller coaster of emotions that comes with these trips, but even more than that, something deep-seated within my being shifted. I saw the kingdom of God shining brightly in the midst of the kingdom of darkness. It was there, and it was so incredibly real. The brokenness that I saw with my team destroyed my heart, but the hope that we witnessed rising in the midst of all the calamity assured us that this nation belongs to God; it just has to acknowledge this.
